Fun Fact: I have had every color under the rainbow except brown.
Most inspiring part of your job: My clients for sure. I love helping people reach their hair goals! I am also fortunate to travel around the United States as a Goldwell artist teaching coloring and cutting trends to other stylists. I love meeting up with stylists from all over, and it is so inspiring to see others’ creativity.
3 things to cure a bad day: A glass of wine, great food made by someone other than myself, and did I mention that wine?

Casey

Casey

Casey has been a stylist since 2004, although she has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry since she was very young. From Barbie dolls to friends and family, she always enjoyed doing someone’s hair. She loves doing color, but also specializes in both women’s short hair cutting and curly hair. Casey has been lucky enough to travel the country and receive education from top Goldwell artists and other outstanding international designers. She is always eager to learn the newest trends and hone her skills.

Most inspiring part of your job: I love helping people feel good about themselves.
Fun Fact: I LOVE the Golden Girls.
If I could do anything: I would love to take 6 months off and travel to Europe and cruise the Mediterranean.

Levi

Levi

Levi is our resident Wisconsin farm boy with flair. After leaving the farm he set out to start his career in hair in 2011. He honed his skills under the mentorship of some of the top stylists and Goldwell educators the country has to offer. His down-to-earth demeanor and love for art, interior designs and gardening gives him a natural inclination for his craft. Levi’s talents range from short to long hair of any gender. Years of color training have guided him towards a love for subtle natural color placements for blondes, brunettes, and redheads.

3 words to describe yourself: Quirky, empathetic and creative.
Best advice ever given: Stop caring about other’s opinions and start caring about yourself. People will love you more if you can love yourself.
Most inspiring part of your job: Guiding clients into a look that not only fits their personality and lifestyle, but their inner beauty as well.
What are 3 things you would wish for on a deserted island: A gallon of soap (I have to stay clean), a knife (survival at its finest), and a dog (everyone needs a friend).

Heather

Heather

Heather has been a hair stylist since 2014. With humble beginnings as an apprentice, she has evolved into her current role as an independent stylist. She has an affinity for color projects ranging from corrective services to big transformations. Each hair appointment is a great opportunity to switch things up from something as simple as a tonal change to match the season or taking larger steps towards your dream inspiration hair. Heather approaches hair with the mentality that it should always be fun and never too serious or obligatory… there’s enough of that out in the world! She’s a big advocate for holding space for another while in her chair – whether a “hairapy” session is in order or you prefer to keep things lighthearted in order to escape life’s daily stressors. A little bit of everything is welcomed in her chair – short to long hair, straight to curly as well as colors ranging from reds to blondes to vivid color.

Favorite technique and or service: My hands down favorite color technique is a modern take on blonding called “foilage”. It involves hand painting inside a foil for a diffused and lived-in yet brighter effect.
Most inspiring part of your job: Helping others express themselves through hair in all seasons of life.
Fun fact: I was bluff charged (aka chased) by a grizzly bear in Glacier National Park (Montana) and live to tell the tale!

Kendra

Kendra

Kendra is a Madison native who appreciates all things beauty. She has been in the hair industry since 2012 and has had the opportunity to travel across the US for multiple haircutting and coloring classes. She specializes in dimensional color whether it be blondes, brunettes, reds or anything between. She also loves short hair and the finer details of haircutting. Her attention to detail is one of the many reasons why her guests appreciate her skill.

3 words to describe yourself: Grounded, inspired, creative.
Most inspiring part of your job: It goes well beyond hair for me! I love the connections and relationships that transpire and learning and growing with on another.
3 things to cure a bad day: My dogs, sunshine and a cocktail!

Lacey

Lacey

Lacey is a veteran in the salon industry starting her career in 2008. Color is her passion, and she loves delivering beautiful results while maintaining the integrity of the hair. She is the queen of realistic expectations and can help guide you in the right direction for your needs. Color is a journey! Her loyal clientele keeps her very busy, but she also enjoys a corrective color challenge from time to time.

My personality: Fun, straight forward. Cat lady.
Fun fact: I lived in an off-grid solar house with no phone, internet or tv for 2.5 years! It was amazing.
Morning or night person: Morning, if there’s coffee.

Kaella

Kaella

Kaella started in the hair industry in 2001. From a young age, she knew that she wanted to pursue a career in hairstyling. She did her apprenticeship through Hair Excellence and Madison College. She has also had numerous continuing education since: Goldwell Master Colorist, Goldwell Corrective Color, Goldwell Master Stylist (cutting), Vidal Sassoon Cutting, TIGI, Rusk and advanced in-house training.

Precision and detailed work is everything to her. Each color and cut she does is carefully detailed and calculated to ensure your look is flawless. She enjoys complimenting a great cut with an impressive color by creating custom color combinations that perfectly complement your skin tones and personal styles. From the most subtle to the more bold colors, she tries to ensure that the color and cut last and grow out beautifully.

Overall, she believes you have to work with what you have and will try her hardest to make all of her guests feel and look beautiful.

Favorite service or technique: I love short women’s haircuts. I have heard throughout my career that most stylist don’t like or are afraid of short styles, but it has always come very naturally for me. Texturizing and razor cutting are my favorite techniques. Also, I love eyebrow waxing. I never take them too thin, unless you ask.

3 words to describe yourself: Outspoken, Funny, Tenacious
Fun fact: I still have my blanket from when I was a child and sleep with it every night.
